The Food & Grain Packaging Executive is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all packing and shipping operations within the warehouse. This role requires a strategic mindset to optimize processes, meet production targets, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily packing and shipping activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing packing team. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize employee potential.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal levels of packing materials to prevent shortages or overstocking. Implement inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and cost-efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Prioritize employee safety by enforcing strict safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards. Conduct regular inspections and address quality issues promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (production, sales, logistics) to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of packing operations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Target Achievement: Oversee the packaging of 15,000 metric tons of grains and spices annually, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
